The 40 mm inner belt is the ideal base for modular carrying systems and tactical duty belts. Made from two layers of soft yet dimensionally stable polyamide webbing , it combines wearing comfort with secure fixation – both as a standalone everyday belt and as a stabilizing base for the outer belt.
Stable, flat and versatile
The belt is sewn all around with loop fastener , allowing an outer belt with hook fastener to be securely and firmly attached. This connection ensures absolute stability, even under heavy additional loads from bags or equipment.
The “ overlap closure design ” with integrated plastic guide allows for precise length adjustment, prevents slipping and ensures a clean, flat fit – even under protective clothing or plate carriers.
High wearing comfort – even in everyday life
The soft, supple webbing material offers a high level of comfort, even during extended use. This allows the belt to also be worn as a classic trouser belt – discreet, lightweight, and robust.
