LIVIDOT was born out of the conviction that sound knowledge and reliable equipment can save lives. Behind the name stands a team with experience in the police, emergency services, and military – people who know from their own experience how crucial preparation truly is in an emergency.
Our goal
Our goal is to provide access to modern, high-quality equipment and practical knowledge in Austria and Europe. Our approach is always based on the TCCC (Tactical Combat Casualty Care) guidelines – internationally recognized standards for life-saving first aid in tactical situations and everyday life.
Our name
The name LIVIDOT embodies this idea: "Livid" comes from the Latin līvidus (bluish) - līvēre (to be blue) "discolored by bruises ." "Dot" represents our starting point: preventing injuries before they occur.
Together, these two elements form our guiding principle:
“Stop the bruise before it starts.”
LIVIDOT stands for quality, responsibility and preparation – so that everything works at the crucial moment.
